Attorney Derek Fulce
Attorney Fulce obtained his J.D. from Marquette University Law School, where he also received his certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution in 2015. During his time at Marquette, Attorney Fulce focused on clinical trainings including the Marquette University Law School Small Claims Clinic where he mediated claims at the Milwaukee County Courthouse. He also worked as a legal clerk at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Milwaukee.
Attorney Fulce completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University, where he graduated with a degree in Legal Studies from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs. While still an undergraduate, he worked as a certified mediator for the Community Justice and Mediation Center (CJAM). While with CJAM he was the Program Lead Case Manager/Mediator for their Victim Offender Reconciliation Program.
While at Indiana University, Attorney Fulce was a member of the college rugby team that was ranked 11th nationally. In his spare time, he rides his Trek road bike through the Wisconsin trail system and spends time with his wife and corgi.
